Hand in your device in a safe and secure way – Express check-in

Due the national state of emergency, customers can now hand in their devices by using our express check-in service. This way, devices in need of repair can be dropped off at our maintenance center free of contact with service personnel, while maintaining a safe distance.

How does the express check-in work?

For express check-in, you will bring the device that needs repairs to our maintenance center by yourself, but can avoid human contact while doing so. The check-in process goes as follows:

  • Before bringing in the device, prepare a sticker or information sheet to leave with the device at the drop-off station. On the sticker or sheet write your full name, telephone number and email. Also add a description of the problem.
  • Bring the device to the Netiabi Maintenance Center at the following address: Saku 13, Tallinn, Estonia, and leave your device with the sticker/information sheet at the express check-in area.
  • Our service personnel will forward the device and problem description to the technician, who will begin work on it on a first come, first served basis, and will contact you in case of any further questions.
  • We will troubleshoot and make an offer for the repairs – if the offer is accepted, we will repair the device. In case of hardware problems, we order and install required spare parts.
  • We will notify you when the repairs are completed, and the device can be picked up from via a courier service, (smaller devices can also be obtained via a package terminal).

The safety of devices and all parties is important to us. For this reason, we have implemented additional measures, as well as updated our services. In addition to our express check-in service, we also offer the following flexible services to resolve problems with device hardware and software:

Remote management

Remote Management enables us to create access to your computer in order to solve any common software issues – from setting up ID card software to the removal of computer viruses and managing Outlook settings.

Courier service

Take the opportunity to send your device over to us and get it back via courier service! Devices can be sent either with a courier or using a parcel terminal.

Building virtual offices and remote conference solutions

We help you to build remote work solutions, set up virtual offices and video bridges – in order to make remote working easier and more convenient under the changed circumstances.
