Send your device needing repairs via courier/parcel terminal

Customers can send their devices to Netiabi using a courier service.

When devices are repaired, we will return them via courier.

How does sending with a courier work?

  • You contact the Netiabi Maintenance Center either by using the contact form below, email netiabi@netiabi.ee or telephone +372 5850 1010. We will get your information and send a courier to pick up the device.
  • Put your device in safe packaging, keeping in mind the nature of courier services. Netiabi is not liable for any damage occurring over courier transport that arise from insufficient packaging.
  • Please attach a description of your problem, and your contact information – full name, telephone number and email – to the device, so our technicians can easily contact you if they have further questions.
  • We conduct repairs on a first come, first served basis. We troubleshoot a device, then make an offer for its repair.
  • If the offer is accepted, we repair the device – in case of hardware problems, we order and install required spare parts.
  • We send notification when the repairs are completed and send the device back, via your delivery method of choice.
